by Jacob Van Walscapelle. Label says published by Foster Bros. Boston, Mass. They produced high quality frames. The label also says Foster's Collotype.  Collotype, defined by the Getty Conservation Institute as “a screenless photomechanical process that allows high-quality prints from continuous-tone photographic negatives.  The laborious collotype process remains the best way to duplicate precious artworks and historic documents. I can't testify to the age but Foster Bros. were in business from 1893 - 1942. Might be worth a good look. 20" x 25"
